The gap

You don’t have a delivery problem. You have a pipeline problem.

Past £5M ARR, most MSPs are still growing on referrals and renewals. That works - until you want to plan hiring, hit a number, or move upmarket on purpose.

Growth today

Referral-led, lumpy, hard to forecast

New logos arrive when someone happens to recommend you. Great clients - but you can’t turn the volume up.

  • No one owns new-logo outbound full time
  • Deal sizes drift toward whoever finds you
  • Hiring an SDR team is slow, costly, and a gamble
With Ecliptor

A steady flow of meetings with accounts you chose

We build the outbound engine, point it at your ICP, and hand your team the conversations.

  • Targeting set by seat count, vertical and region
  • Meetings land directly in your calendar
  • You pay for outcomes, not activity
How it works

From a blank domain to a booked meeting

Four stages, run by people who’ve done this inside performance agencies - not a template blast from a shared inbox.

WEEK 0–1

Define the ICP

We agree exactly who counts: seat count, verticals, geography, and the job titles that can sign.

WEEK 1–4

Build the infrastructure

Dedicated sending domains, mailboxes and a warm-up schedule, so deliverability holds when volume goes up.

WEEK 3 ONWARDS

Build lists & send

Verified contact lists matched to your ICP, with sequences tested and refined on reply and booking rates.

ONGOING

Meetings on your calendar

Replies are qualified before booking. You’re billed only once a meeting happens with someone who fits.

How billing works

You pay when the meeting happens - with the right person.

No retainer, no paying for emails sent. Every meeting is checked against the ICP you signed off on before it’s billed.

Your rate

Priced on what a meeting is worth to you

There’s no public rate card. Your per-meeting price depends on your deal size and the accounts you target - we work it out together on a short call.

Who it’s for

Built for MSPs that have outgrown referrals

We take on a small number of MSPs at a time, so we’re selective about fit. Here’s what a good one looks like.

£5M+

Annual recurring revenue

An established service and the delivery capacity to take on new logos.

30+

Seats per target account

Contracts large enough that one meeting is worth paying for on its own.

0–5

People doing outbound today

Growth has come from referrals or inbound, not a built-out sales team.

1

Person who can take the call

A founder or sales lead ready to run the conversation once it’s booked.

Probably not a fit

If any of these sound like you

  • Your typical client is under 15 seats
  • You already run a full SDR team
  • You can’t onboard new clients in the next quarter
Questions

Before you book a call

Anything else, ask on the call - it’s 20 minutes and there’s no pitch deck.

What counts as a “qualified” meeting?

We agree your ICP in writing before anything goes out - typically seat count, vertical, region and decision-making authority. A meeting is only billed if it happens and the person matches that profile.

What if the prospect doesn’t show up?

You’re not charged. If it’s rescheduled, it’s billed only once the rescheduled meeting takes place.

Why is there a setup fee?

Cold email needs dedicated sending domains, mailboxes and a warm-up period before it’s safe to send at volume. The one-off fee covers that infrastructure and the initial list build - and it keeps your main domain’s reputation out of harm’s way.

How soon will we see meetings?

Infrastructure and warm-up take around 2–4 weeks. Once sending is live, first meetings usually follow within the next few weeks.

Is cold outbound compliant in the UK?

We send B2B outreach to business contacts only, with clear opt-outs honoured promptly, and follow the rules for the regions we send into. We’ll walk you through our approach on the call.

20 minutes, no deck

Let’s work out what a meeting is worth to you.

We’ll look at your deal size and target accounts, and tell you straight whether performance-based outbound makes sense for you.
